The grinding process is indispensable in obtaining the final dimensions and surface quality. Some coatings can only be machined by grinding.

There are many cylindrical grinding machines with different capacities in the grinding shop.

In the grinding operation, abrasive stones consisting of aluminum oxide and silicon carbide grains and diamond and CBN abrasives are used according to the type of material to be grinded. With the help of suitable abrasives, grinding of all kinds of steel, coatings such as hard chrome, tungsten carbide, chrome carbide, ceramic, is carried out within the desired dimensions and tolerances. Rubber and polyurethane coated rollers can also be grinded in the workshop.
